BROWNWOOD, TX -- A Brownwood man has been indicted by a Brown County grand jury for possession and promotion of child pornography.
On March 7, 2017 Robert Fry, 56, was arrested after authorities found illicit pictures of a child on his phone.
The Texas Attorney General Office’s Child Exploitation Unit says in a press release that Fry confessed to downloading and saving images to his phone.
According to KTXS, Fry could face up to 10 years in prison for each of the five charges.
