Assault to the Elderly and Driving While Intoxicated Tops Tuesday's Booking Report

SAN ANGELO, TX – Eight suspects were arrested and booked into the Tom Green County Jail on Tuesday. The Tom Green County Sheriff's Office and the San Angelo Police Department made various arrests due to assault to an elderly person, driving while intoxicated, and theft by check. Out of the 445 beds, 388 of them are occupied as of Wednesday morning.

The following were booked into the TGCJ on Tuesday:

• Dedrick Brown was arrested for possession of a controlled substance at 12:08 a.m. His bond was set at $1,000 and was released at 3:43 a.m.
• D'Wayne Chadwick was arrested for driving while license invalid with a previous conviction at 1:26 a.m. His bond was set at $500 and was released at 3:43 a.m.
• Jimmy Womack was arrested for driving while intoxicated at 2:10 a.m. His bond was set at $1,000 and was released at 12:13 p.m.
• Susan Woods was arrested for theft by check at 5:28 p.m. Her bond has not been set at this time.
• Cynthia Martinez was arrested for driving while license invalid, no insurance, and speeding at 5:35 p.m. Her bond has not been set at this time.
• Henry Peidecker was arrested for assault on an elderly or disabled individual at 6:12 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time.
• Collin Moore was arrested for walking with traffic at 9:46 p.m. His bond is set at $220.
• Stacy bowen was arrested for driving while license suspended with a previous conviction at 10:24 p.m. Her bond was set at $500 and was released Wednesday at 1:28 a.m.
