Abilene Man Indicted for Having Sex with Teenage Girl

ABILENE, TX – An Abilene man was indicted Thursday after taking a teenager to San Antonio and allegedly having sex with her.

Trey Fisher, 44, ran away with a 16-year-old girl on Aug. 9, 2018 but police were able to track a cell phone and found them in San Antonio on Aug. 11.

Police started an investigation and the girl told them that they had started having sex in June in Abilene and also in Clyde.

According to KTXS, further investigation discovered that they had stopped in Mason on their way to San Antonio to have sex.

Fisher has admitted to having sex in Abilene, Clyde, Mason, and San Antonio and told Police that he and the girl had became close friends over the past several months.
