San Angelo State Park Closed for Deer Hunt This Weekend

 

SAN ANGELO, TX-- The San Angelo State Park will be closed for the entire weekend.

According to the San Angelo State Park website, the closure is due to a hunt that was raffled off in 2018. Only drawn permitted hunters will be allowed in the closed areas during these dates.

The entire park will be closed from 2 p.m. on January 4 until 8 a.m. January 7, 2019.

The park's management area on the west side of FM 2288 will be closed from 8 a.m. on January 6 until 7 p.m. on January 8, 2019.
