Habitual Criminal Tries to Use His Brother's ID to Avoid Going to Jail

 

SAN ANGELO, TX -- A 26-year-old San Angelo man wound up in hot water Monday after attempting to use his brother's identification to avoid getting arrested. 

David Charles Palmer was arrested in the 200 block of E. 18th St. for failure to identify a fugitive from justice during a traffic stop. 

According to the San Angelo Police Department, Palmer tried to use his brother's ID to avoid arrest.  

He also had outstanding warrants for burglary of a vehicle and driving while intoxicated violating his parole.

GARCIA, JIMMY ARTHUR- age 34 was arrested for two warrants and Expired Registration during a traffic stop near W. Avenue M and S. Koenigheim. Garcia also received citations for no driver’s license and no insurance.

PALMER, DAVID CHARLES- age 26 was arrested for Failure to Identify Fugitive from Justice during a traffic stop in the 200 block of E. 18th Street. Palmer also had warrants for VOP*Burglary of Vehicle and VOP*Driving While Intoxicated and tried to use his brother’s identity to avoid arrest.

REYNOLDS, JACOBI ALE- age 20 and JIO, KLARISSA ANGELINA- age 18 were arrested for Class A Misdemeanor Possession Marijuana during a traffic stop in the 3700 block of N. Chadbourne Street. Both received citations for Possession Drug Paraphernalia

ARROYO, RANDY SCOTT- age 30 was arrested for Public Intoxication and Possession/Delivery Drug Paraphernalia Saturday after Police were dispatched to the unit block of E. 3rd for the report of a suspicious, possibly armed subject. Arroyo was intoxicated and in possession of a firearm at the time of arrest.

ESPINOSA, MEAGAN- age 22 was arrested for Public Intoxication early morning Saturday near E. Beauregard and S. Oakes Street.

HALEY, LONNIE BERT- age 54 was arrested for Criminal Trespass early morning Saturday at IHOP. Haley had a prior Criminal Trespass Warning on file.

HALEY, LONNIE BERT- age 54 was arrested for Terroristic Threat early Sunday morning after Police were dispatched to the 800 block of Knickerbocker Road for the report of a subject attempting to gain entry into someone’s apartment. While on scene, Officers heard Haley tell the resident he would kill them.

LARA, DANNY TREVINO- age 27 was arrested for No Driver’s License late Friday night during a traffic stop in the 700 block of S. Randolph.

LEWIS, EDRIC DARELL- age 39 was arrested for Public Intoxication early Sunday morning after Police were dispatched to S. Oakes and E. Twohig for the report of an intoxicated/passed out person.

MARIANO, KALEEM- age 20 was arrested for Assault Causes Bodily Injury Family Member early Sunday morning following a domestic violence investigation in the 4100 block of Ben Ficklin Road.

MORRIS, DANNY RAY- age 50 was arrested for Assault Causes Bodily Injury Family Member early Sunday morning following a family violence investigation in the 1600 block of Harrison Street.

NORIEGA, JOE MICHAEL- age 52 was arrested for Fraud Destroy Removal Concealment and Criminal Trespass after Police were dispatched to the Walmart on W. 29th Street for the report of a shoplifting.

PAZ, BRIONA JISELLE- age 25 was arrested for Public Intoxication and Fail to Identify Giving False/Fictitious Information after Police were dispatched to the 2700 block of Tech Avenue for the report of an unwanted subject.

PENA, DESIRAE- age 26 was arrested for Assault Causes Bodily Injury Family Violence and seven warrants early Saturday morning following a domestic violence investigation in the 400 block of E. 6th Street.

PEERCY, KIMBERLY BLAIR- age 35 was arrested for Criminal Trespass and Possession of Controlled Substance PG2 after Officers were dispatched to the Walmart on S. Bryant for the report of a theft.

RATLIFF, JAMES- age 47 was arrested for Aggravated Assault with Deadly Weapon Sunday night AFTER Police were dispatched to the 3900 block of Inglewood Drive for the report of an unknown 9-1-1. Further investigation revealed Ratliff displayed a knife and threatened the victim with serious bodily injury.

TORRES, EVA DANIELLE- age 25 was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated during a traffic stop near S. A & M. and W. Avenue N.

TORRES, LEONEL- age 19 was arrested for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol Friday night following a hit and run crash investigation in the 1900 block of Chapman.

VALDEZ, DANZA NICOLE- age 21 was arrested for six warrants and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia Saturday night near E. 22nd and N. Oakes.

VILLAFRANCO, RODNEY LEE- age 33 was arrested for Criminal Trespass late Friday night at the Stripes located at S. Bell and Rio Concho.

WILSON, EDWARD JERMAINE- age 23 was arrested for N. Driver’s License Sunday night during a traffic stop near Freeland and N. Van Buren.
