Drunken Suspect Accused of Sexual Assault Falls Asleep On Top of Victim

ABILENE, TX-- A man was arrested on Thursday for sexual assault, according to KTXS.

Daniel Augustus Butcher, 26, was arrested after the victim called the Police about an incident that occurred in June of 2016.

The victim explained how Butcher had been drunk and forced himself upon her.

He first was spooning, which eventually led to kissing.

At that point point the victim told Butcher that she did not want to have sex with him.

Butcher disregarded what was said to him and said "I want it now." Butcher then proceeded and eventually fell asleep on top of her.

Butcher is being held in the Taylor County Jail with a $35,000 bond.
