Man Arrested at Probation Office for Drug Test Falsification Device

 

SAN ANGELO, TX -- A San Angelo man on probation for burglary was arrested Monday at the probation office for having a drug test falsification device.  

According to court documents, 32-year-old David Andrew Pool was on probation for burglary after stealing jewelry from a local residence when he was found to have a drug test falsification device.  Probationers are frequently required to pass a urinalysis test. Pool also had an outstanding warrant for theft of property.

CAJAS, BLANCA VALDEZ- age 36 was arrested for DC – FIGHTING in the 100 block of South Chadbourne.

CERRITOS, VERONICA CELIA- age 32 was arrested for PUBLIC INTOXICATION in the 100 block of South Chadbourne.

HANNA, SCOTT LOUIS- age 41 was arrested for a warrant for *CPF* POSS MARIJ <2OZ and was subsequently charged with POSS/DEL DRUG PARAPHERNALIA during a traffic stop in the 900 block of Austin Street.

POOLE, DAVID ANDREW- age 32 was arrested for FALSE DRUG TEST FALSIFICATION DEVICE and a warrant for THEFT PROP >= $100<$750 at the Concho Valley Probation Office.

VILLARREAL, JOHNNY JOAQUIN- age 24 was arrested for fifteen warrants, THEFT PROP >=$2,500<$30K and FRAUD USE/POSS IDENTIFYING INFO # ITEMS following a suspicious vehicle investigation in the 1800 block of Brown Street. The vehicle Villarreal was operating had been stolen from a car dealership. Villarreal was also in possession of several credit cards that did not belong to him.
