Woman Sexually Assaulted by National Guardsman on the Border

ALPINE, TX-- A National Guardsman who was serving at the border was arrested after sexually assaulting a woman.

30-year-old Luis Ontiveros was arrested early Monday morning after being accused of sexually assulting a woman at a hotel in Alpine.

He was later released on a $20,000 bond, according to Newswest 9.

The National Guard confirmed Ontiveros had been sent on a mission there in April.
