San Angelo Native New President and CEO of Hendrick Health System

 

ABILENE, TX--Brad Holland, MHA, FACHE, has been named the next president and CEO for Hendrick Health System in Abilene.

Tim Lancaster, who Holland will be replacing, announced his retirement earlier this year.

“Born and raised in San Angelo, Brad is well acquainted with the culture of West Texas, and we are looking forward to working with him,” said David Morris, chair of the Hendrick Medical Center Board of Trustees. “I believe Brad will embrace the mission of Hendrick and will work well with the Board to continue meeting the healthcare needs of Abilene and the surrounding 24-counties."

Holland is very qualified being the former CEO of San Angelo Community Medical Center, COO at River Region Health System in Vicksburg, Mississippi, and most recently CEO of Cedar Park Regional Medical Center.

Holland graduated from Texas State University in 1998 then finished his education with a Master’s degree in Health Care Administration from Trinity University.

“I am deeply honored and humbled to continue the long, rich history of service to west central Texas,” said Holland. “I look forward to working with Hendrick employees, medical staff and Board of Trustees in maintaining the organization’s independence, while continuing to fulfill its faith-based mission.”
