ODESSA, TX -- Police responded to a robbery Wednesday morning at the Woodcrest Apartments located at 2205 West 8th Street. Upon arrival at 11:04 a.m., the apartment manager informed the officers that she had been robbed at gunpoint.
The person that robbed her was reportedly in a full gorilla costume while he pointed the gun at her and demanded all of her property and cash bag. The suspect then fled the scene with $1,000.00 worth of property and headed eastbound.
No injuries were reported and the suspect is still at large.
