Man Convicted of Intoxication Manslaughter Makes Most Wanted List

 

SAN ANGELO, TX -- The Tom Green County Sheriff’s Office is searching for a fugitive wanted violating his probation on a conviction for intoxication manslaughter.  

According to a press release from the TGCSO, 46-year-old James Russell White, whose last known address was in Scott Township, PA, was sentenced to ten years in prison in 2011 but his sentence was probated for ten years.  

According to court documents, the District Attorney’s office filed a motion to revoke his probation on August 8 after he was charged with driving while intoxicated, used alcohol and broke his curfew in Pennsylvania.  

White is described as a white male, 5’10” weighing 200 lbs with brown hair and brown eyes.
