Fuzzy's Taco Shop Taking Shape

SAN ANGELO, TX -- Fuzzy's Taco Shop in San Angelo is taking shape with signage going up on Friday.

Fuzzy's is located in the former Applebee's Restaurant location at 4333 Sherwood Way.

According to Fuzzy's website, Fuzzy’s Taco Shop originated in Fort Worth, Texas with the vision. “It would have frosty drinks. It would have good vibes. It would be the kind of place that you never want to leave. It would be a huge, craving-inducing success.”

"Today, people bring their dogs, party on our patios and feel the festive love every time they walk into a Fuzzy’s. And with locations popping up nationwide, our Baja tacos, Chips & Guac, and frozen margaritas are always within reach. Which is reason enough to celebrate with some, as far as we’re concerned."

The City of San Angelo Commercial Plan Reviewer for the Department of Building Permits and Inspections, Tyler Martin, also confirmed in January, “Fuzzy’s Taco Shop sent a representative to turn the electricity on to begin the cleanup.”

Still no official word yet on when the popular eatery plans on opening.
