SAN ANGELO, TX -- (Press Release) The Mega Millions jackpot has reached $422 million for Friday’s drawing.
According to lottery officials, it’s the sixth largest jackpot in the game’s history.
The record for the highest Mega Millions jackpot was set in 2012 when three winners in Illinois, Kansas and Maryland split a $656 million prize.
Friday night’s drawing will take place at 10 p.m. local time.
