Man Arrested for Cruelty to Non-Livestock Animal Tops Booking Report

 

SAN ANGELO, TX — The Wednesday booking report showed 21 people arrested and booked in Tom Green County jail. The following people and their charges are from the San Angelo Police Department arrest blotter:

Ryan Eli Bliss, 30, was arrested for cruelty to non-livestock animals after police were dispatched to the 2000 block of Cat Tail Lane for the report of cruelty to animals. Officers located one dog deceased. The deceased dog had apparently wrapped its cable around a stake, restricting it to a smaller and smaller area. The dead dog looked to have been straining against the leash, in an attempt to get to water when it died.

Michael Magdale Gutierrez, 37, was arrested for driving while intoxicated following a crash investigation in the 1100 block of Rio Concho Drive.

Michael O'Brien, 18, was arrested for aggravated assault with deadly weapon following a domestic violence investigation in the 1600 block of S. Harrison.

Other charges on the Wednesday booking report include:

Juvenile male, 10, was arrested for assault causes injury to family member.
