Search Warrant Execution Yields 4 Arrests, Gun, Drugs and Stolen Car in Brown Co.

BROWNWOOD, TX-- Brownwood Police and the Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested four people after executing a search warrant and finding a handgun, nearly half a pound of methamphetamine and a stolen car last Thursday, the Brownwood Bulletin reports.

Alexander Villareal, 20; Jason Rosas, 28; Pedro Fuentes, 25; and Brandi McDaniel, 34, were all arrested and booked into the Brown County Jail.

The house where the search warrant was executed was less than 1,000 feet from East Elementary School, a drug-free zone, meaning the charges were enhanced.

Villareal received a third degree felony charge of possession of a controlled substance in a drug-free zone. Rosas was booked on a charge of possession of a controlled substance over 200 grams or under 400 grams with the intent to deliver in a school zone and unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon. According to the Brownwood Bulletin, Fuentes received similar charges to Rosas, but also received a charge of failure to identify as a fugitive from justice. McDaniel was arrested on an outstanding warrant in Brown County and a motion to adjudicate/deliver a controlled substance.

The car authorities recovered was reported stolen in Dallas County.

Look's like a hi-point .40... Could be wrong, but it's hard to manufacture and uglier gun. I want one... If you run out of ammo, you can use the gun to beat your opponent with, it's heavy as a brick even when it's empty.

Glad to see this one out of the wrong hands.
