Woman Throws Ice Cream at a Cash Register; Gets Arrested Topping Weekend Booking Report

SAN ANGELO, TX — The booking reports from Friday to Monday show 86 people arrested and booked in Tom Green County jail. The following are people and their charges from the SAPD arrest blotter:

Eric Ramon Benavides, 45, was arrested for public intoxication, criminal trespassing, resisting arrest/search/transport, and five warrants on Friday during directed patrol at the Bosque Park. James Russell, 56, was arrested for public intoxication and criminal trespassing.

Frank Dominguez III, 28, was arrested for fail to identify giving false info on Friday after police were dispatched to the 200 block of W. 19th Street for the report of a welfare concern.

Luis Angel Govea, 33, was arrested for resisting arrest or transport, fail to identify a fugitive from justice, possession/delivery of drug paraphernalia, and 12 warrants on Friday during a traffic stop near N. Koenigheim and W. Harris Street.

Destiny Marie Bejaran, 19, was arrested for criminal mischief on Saturday after she threw ice cream at a cash register and credit card machine inside the Sunset Mall.

Charles Wayne Curtis Jr., 37, was arrested for theft of property with more previous convictions and five warrants on Saturday after police were dispatched to the Walmart on S. Bryant for the report of a shoplifter.

Erik Cameron Flores, 31, was arrested for assault family violence-class c on Saturday following a family violence investigation in the 1800 block of W.

Armando Ezekiel Morales, 18, was arrested for driving with license invalid, driving under the influence, and two warrants on Saturday after police were dispatched to the area of E. 24th and Armstrong for the report of a fight.

Ryan Ellis Nichter, 40, was arrested for theft of property and criminal trespassing after police were dispatched to the Walmart on Sherwood Way for the report of a theft.

Cody Austin Tate, 24, was arrested for fraud use/possession identifiying info # items 50 or more, theft of firearm, and three warrants on Saturday after police received information about a wanted person in the 4000 block of Sul Ross.

James Allen Clark, 31, was arrested for disorderly conduct-display of firearm and unlawful carrying weapon on Monday after police were dispatched to the area of Princeton and S. Johnson for the report of an armed subject waiving a gun.

Robert Jesus Gonzales, 30, was arrested for assault causing bodily injury-family violence, evading arrest or detention, resisting arrest/search/transport, and 10 warrants following a family violence investigation in the 1700 block of Harrison Street.

Hannah Kristen Powers, 31, was arrested for assault causing bodily injury-family violence, resisting arrest/search/transport, and a warrant following a family violence investigation in the 6100 block of Sherwood Way.

Candice Woodall, 36, was arrested for assault causes bodily injury-family violence following a domestic violence investigation in the 2400 block of Jomar Street.
