Terroristic Threat and Assault on a Peace Officer Top Booking Reports

SAN ANGELO, TX — The Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday booking report show many people arrested and booked in Tom Green County jail. The following are people and their charges from the SAPD arrest blotter:

Raul Estrada Garza, 49, was arrested for public intoxication on Monday after police were dispatched to the 2100 block of Industrial Avenue for a welfare check on a subject that was lying on the sidewalk.

Raymundo Martinez Jr., 43, was arrested for public intoxication on Monday after police were dispatched to the 2000 block of Bailey Street for the report of an intoxicated subject.

Jesus E. Parras, 46, was arrested for assault causing bodily injury-family violence and two warrants on Monday following a domestic violence investigation in the 1300 block of Bryan Street.

Robert Hernandez Torres, 22, was arrested for interfering with an emergency request for assistance and six warrants on Monday after police were dispatched to the 600 block of E. 35th for the report of a domestic disturbance.

Devin J. Armstrong, 21, was arrested for assault causing bodily injury-family violence and violation of bond or protective order on Tuesday following a domestic violence investigation in the 2400 block of Lillie Street.

Jose Antonio Ayon Jr., 28, was arrested for assault causing bodily injury-family violence and warrants for possession of controlled substance, possession of marijuana, failure to identify, possession of drug paraphernalia, and failure to appear on Tuesday following a domestic violence investigation at the Econolodge, 415 W. Beauregard.

Amber Flinn, 17, was arrested for assault class C-family violence on Tuesday following a domestic violence investigation in the 1200 block of W. Beauregard.

Christopher Reese, 55, was arrested for terroristic threat to family or household on Tuesday after Police were dispatched to the 100 block of S. Fillmore for the report of a domestic disturbance.

Manuel Tanguma, 48, was arrested for a criminal trespassing complaint and assault of a peace officer after he assaulted a responding Officer that was dispatched to the 1000 block of Ardmore Street for the report of a criminal trespass in progress.

Kevin Ryan Allen, 39, was arrested for deadly conduct complaint and abusive language on Wednesday after police were dispatched to the 200 block of W. Avenue W. for the report of a fight in progress.

Stephen Ross Bradley, 37, was arrested for fail to identify, evading arrest or detention with previous conviction, possession marijuana, and warrants for possession of marijuana and possession of controlled substance on Wednesday after police were dispatched to the Executive Inn and Suites, 4205 S. Bryant Blvd. for the report of a domestic disturbance. Bradley fled and was apprehended a few blocks away.

Johnathan Ray Briseno, 23, was arrested for unauthorized use of vehicle on Wednesday following a stolen vehicle investigation. Briseno stole a work truck from 107 S. Abe. He was apprehended the same day in front pf the Lowe’s on Sherwood Way.
