Hitting a Police Patrol Vehicle Tops Weekend Booking Report

SAN ANGELO, TX — The booking report from the weekend shows that 53 people were arrested and booked in Tom Green County jail. The following are people arrested by San Angelo Police Department and booked:

Robert Rios Perez Jr., 44, was arrested early Friday morning for driving while intoxicated 3rd or more and criminal mischief. Police were called to the area of W. Beauregard and S Abe. for the report of a vehicle in the roadway and the vehicle’s driver passed out behind the steering wheel. When Perez came to, he took his foot off the brake and drove into a patrol vehicle that had been positioned to prevent Perez from colliding with nearby civilian traffic.  

Armando Ezekiel Morales, 18, was arrested for driving while intoxicated Friday morning during a traffic stop in the 2100 block of S. Jackson Street.

Jonathan Earl Reyes, 33, was arrested Friday evening for public intoxication and warrants for possession of controlled substance and public intoxication after police were dispatched to the 1800 block of Bailey Street for the report of a man singing and dancing in the roadway.

Aaron Slade McDonald, 21, was arrested for fail to identify fugitive from justice Saturday evening. Police were dispatched to the Walmart on S. Bryant Blvd for the report of drug usage. McDonald also had a warrant for fail to identify a fugitive from justice.

Samuel Salazar Martinez Jr., 54, was arrested for assault family/household member Sunday afternoon following a domestic violence investigation at a residence in the 300 block of Montecito Drive.

Antonio Jose Gonzales, 43, and Bianca Valencia, 32, were arrested early Sunday morning for theft of property with two or more previous convictions. Police were dispatched to the Walmart on Sherwood Way for the report of multiple shoplifters. Three juvenile males, and a juvenile female were also arrested for theft of property during the investigation.

Octaviano G. Aguero, 20, was arrested for assault family violence class-c on Sunday evening. Police were dispatched to the 3300 block of Rock Brook Drive for the report of a fight in progress. David Alexander Rodriguez, 19, was arrested for warrants during the investigation.

Ross Wayne Weatherford, 29, was arrested Monday morning for terroristic threat of family/household, terroristic threat causes fear of imminent serious bodily injury, possession marijuana, harassment, and possession drug paraphernalia. Police were dispatched to the unit block of E. 33rd Street for the report of threats.
