Unlawful Carrying of a Weapon on Alcohol Premises and Yesterday's Stabbing on Arrest Blotter

SAN ANGELO, TX-- Here are the arrest blotters for Wendesday to Friday morning from the San Angelo Police Department.

Wednesday- UNGER, TORI- age 22 was arrested for UNL CARRYING WEAPON ON ALCOHOL PREMISES after Police were dispatched to Fiddlestring’s for the report of an armed subject. OROSCO, RAQUEL- age 23 was arrested for INTERFER W/PUBLIC DUTIES during the investigation.

Thursday- BOONE, DAMON CURT- age 38 was arrested for AGG ASSAULT W/DEADLY WEAPON and 4 warrants Thursday following a stabbing investigation in the 2100 block of San Antonio Street.

BRAY, ANTHONIE JAY- age 17 and TIMMS, CLINTON DOUGLAS- age 17 were arrested for IMPROPER PHOTO/VIDEO BATH/DRESS RM following an investigation into the improper recording of another person and then posting the recording on social media. (b) A person commits an offense if, without the other person's consent and with intent to invade the privacy of the other person, the person:
(1) photographs or by videotape or other electronic means records, broadcasts, or transmits a visual image of an intimate area of another person if the other person has a reasonable expectation that the intimate area is not subject to public view;
(2) photographs or by videotape or other electronic means records, broadcasts, or transmits a visual image of another in a bathroom or changing room; or
(3) knowing the character and content of the photograph, recording, broadcast, or transmission, promotes a photograph, recording, broadcast, or transmission described by Subdivision (1) or (2). (c) An offense under this section is a state jail felony.

FERGUSON, JEREMY WILLIAM- age 30 was arrested for ASSAULT CAUSES BODILY INJURY FAMILY VIOLENCE and UNLAWFUL RESTRAINT following a domestic violence investigation in the 1200 block of Holcomb Street.

GARCIA, CECILIA RUBI- age 36 was arrested for 4 warrants in the 2500 block of Webster. Garcia was in possession of marijuana and therefore subsequently charged with POSS MARIJ <2OZ.

MARTINEZ, DEBRA VILLALON- age 48 was arrested for a warrant for RPR* CRIMINAL TRESPASS . Martinez was in possession of drug paraphernalia and therefore Subsequently charged with POSS/DEL DRUG PARAPHERNALIA.
