Police: Children Feared with Wanted Man Found Safe

 

SAN ANGELO, TX — Update March 28, 2018 at 4 p.m. -- The San Angelo Police Department announced the two children have been found and are safe.

Here is the original story that was published March 26 at 6:05 p.m.:

Two children who are brothers are missing and San Angelo police need help locating them. Their father is one of the suspects in the Alamo Village Apartments shooting that happened March 11.

According to police, the suspect, Jedidah Watson, 39, had long dreadlocks that may have been “two-toned.” He weighs approximately 150 pounds and is 5’ 7”.

The brothers were supposed to be in the care of other family members while their mother, Jessica Watson, is incarcerated. Now the brothers are missing.

Police fear the brothers may be with their stepfather, Jedidah, who is on the run from the law.

Police accused him of shooting a 26-year-old man at the Alamo Village Apartments March 11.

The two brothers are described as:

  • Isaac Washington: 6, M, Black, 3’05”, 65 lbs. Brown eyes, long black hair that may be braided.
  • Isaiah Brooks: 10, M, Black, 4’02”, 75 lbs. Brown eyes, short brown hair.

The suspect, Watson, may be driving a dark green colored Nissan passenger car. The car was last seen with temporary, or paper, plates, license number TX 839036C.

Watson has ties to Georgia, Florida, and Maryland, police said.

On March 20, police announced two of the three suspects in the March 11 Alamo Village Apartments shooting and assault were captured. Jessica Watson, 26, and Rodney Stephens, 34, were arrested and charged with Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon. Jedidah is still on the run.
