SAN ANGELO, TX -- Two people were transported to local hospitals after a three car crash at Loop 306 and Glenna during drive time Tuesday evening. According to veteran investigating San Angelo Police Department Officer Gochenauer, the preliminary investigation indicated a white Ford was parked at the yield sign coming off Loop 306 at Glenna and a Dodge pickup was stopped behind the Ford. A Chevy Silverado crashed into the Dodge pickup sending it into the Ford.
Officer Gochenauer said two people were transported by ambulance to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries. The driver of the Silverado was cited with failure to control speed. The crash blocked the normal traffic flow, but after the three vehicles were removed, traffic returned to normal around 6:15 p.m.
