Monday Booking Report: Burglary, Weapons, and More

 

SAN ANGELO, TX — Monday’s booking report shows there were 25 people arrested in the last 24 hours. The following people were arrested and booked into the Tom Green County jail.

Jacob Martinez, 17, was arrested for Burglary of Habitation around 9:00 a.m. yesterday morning. Police were dispatched to a residence in the 300 block of S. Irene St. for the report of a burglary in progress.

Jacob Lee Painter, 27, was arrested around 7:30 p.m. yesterday on the charge of Fail to Identify Fugitive From Justice, Prohibit Weapon Knuckles, and a warrant for Prohibit Weapon Knuckles. The arrest came about during a stolen vehicle investigation in the 2600 block of Houston.

Northern William, 50, was arrested for Soliciting for Sale/Service Without a Permit after police were dispatched to the 6000 block of Equestrian Drive for the report of a solicitor in the area. William was in possession of marijuana at the time of his arrest and subsequently charged with Possession of Marijuana.

Arthur Edward Pierce, 39, was arrested around 10:00 p.m. last night following a traffic stop in the 1600 block of South Concho Drive. Pierce was charged with Driving While Intoxicated with a Child Under 15-years of age. Pierce also had marijuana on him at the time of his arrest and subsequently was charged with Possession of Marijuana. 

Whitney Georgeann Smith, 31, was arrested for Criminal Trespassing around 7:00 a.m. yesterday morning. Police were dispatched to the 3900 block of Coliseum Drive for the report of an unwanted subject on the property.
