Tuesday Booking Report: 'Sextortion', Dangerous Drugs and Trespassing

 

SAN ANGELO, TX. – Tuesday’s booking report showed that 20 people were arrested and booked in the Tom Green County jail.

First, Isaiah L. Juarez, 17, was arrested Tuesday for Publish/Threat to Publish Intimate Visual Material. Police responded to the 600 block of Caddo Street for an unknown problem. Upon arrival, investigating officers learned that Juarez solicited intimate photos from a minor utilizing a technique referred to as “Catfishing” and further threatened to publish the photos of the minor using a technique referred to as “sextortion.”

Hector D. Garcia-Lebron, 35, was arrested for Criminal Trespassing and warrants for FTA X4, Theft Class C, and Possession/Delivery of Drug Paraphernalia after police were dispatched to the 1900 block of Hudson Street for the report of a suspicious subject and possible trespass of a condemned building. Leslie M. Zapata, 27, was also arrested for Criminal Trespassing as well.

Lastly, Nina C. Souder, 33, was arrested for two warrants during a recovered stolen vehicle investigation in the 800 block of N. Van Buren Street. Souder was in possession of a dangerous drug at the time of the arrest and she was subsequently charged with Possession of a Dangerous Drug. Another subject, Codi L. Martinez, 38, was also arrested for two warrants for Possession of Controlled Substance.

  • Parole Violation: 1
  • Assault: 1
  • Driving While Intoxicated: 1
