SAN ANGELO, TX. -- On Thursday, January 25, 2018, the San Angelo Police Department’s Street Crimes Division executed two Search Warrants in San Angelo.
The first warrant, issued by Justice of the Peace Susan Werner, named Elizabeth Saldana, 32, of San Angelo, to be in possession of a quantity of methamphetamine at a residence located in the 700 block of West 15th Street.
Pursuant to a search of the residence, Investigators seized a quantity of suspected Methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. Saldana, who was located at the residence, was arrested and charged with Possession of Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1 <1 Gram and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
The second warrant, also issued by Justice of the Peace Susan Werner, named David J. Lumpkins, 22, of San Angelo, to be in possession of a quantity of marijuana at a residence located in the 4200 block of South Jackson Street.
Pursuant to a search of the residence and Lumpkins’s vehicle, Investigators seized a quantity of LSD, Vyvanse, THC Oil, MDMA, marijuana, assorted drug paraphernalia commonly used to traffic narcotics, and approximately $500.00 in US Currency.
Lumpkins, who was later located on the ASU Campus, was arrested and charged with Manufacture Delivery Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1A >=80<4,000AU, three counts of Possession of Controlled Substance Penalty Group 2 <1 Gram, and Class B Misdemeanor Possession of Marijuana.
Angelo State University Police, the Center for Tactical Medicine, and the Department’s K9 Unit and Patrol Division assisted with the operations.
