Grand Jury Indicts Two San Angelo Men for Murder

 

SAN ANGELO, TX -- A Tom Green County grand jury has handed down several indictments including two for murder.  

According to court documents, 28-year-old Antonio Noe Flores III and 25-year-old Jeremy Dace Perez were indicted by the 119th grand jury on January 4, 2018.  Flores and Perez are charged with murder in connection with the shooting death of a 24-year-old man in October 2017.  

Also indicted according to the court were David Earl Bryant who is charged with sexual assault of a child, two counts of indecency with a child by sexual contact and one count of indecency with a child by exposure.  

Court dates are pending for the suspects indicted by the grand jury.  An indictment by the grand jury does not mean they are guilty.
