Christmas Holiday for SAISD Begins with Early Release Friday

SAN ANGELO, TX -- The Christmas holiday begins today for students in the San Angelo Independent School District with early release at lunch time.  

According to the SAISD website, the Christmas Holiday begins on December 18, but school lets out early today.  At Central High School, classes let out at noon and buses run at 12:30 p.m. after lunch.

The SAISD website lists the Christmas holiday running from December 18 to January 1, 2018.  January 2 is a teacher professional day and classes resume Wednesday January 3 which marks the start of the second semester.  

Spring break is March 12 through March 16 and graduation is Saturday May 26.
