Street Crimes Busts Two Residences for "Drug Related Activity"

 

SAN ANGELO, TX-- (Press Release: Tracy Gonzalez, SAPD Public Information Officer) Over recent months, the San Angelo Police Department’s Street Crimes Division (SCD) has been conducting an investigation into reports of drug related activity at two residences in northwest San Angelo that had been referred to as problem drug houses by members of the community.

On Thursday, October 26, 2017, SCD Detectives along with members of the Department’s S.W.A.T. Team and the Texas Department of Public Safety’s Criminal Investigations Division executed Search Warrants at the two residences, which are located in the 100 and 200 blocks of West 20th Street.

The warrants, issued by Justice of the Peace Susan Werner, named several parties to be in possession of narcotics at these residences.

During the searches, Investigators located and seized a quantity of heroin, methamphetamine, cocaine, Hydrocodone, and drug paraphernalia.  

The following suspects were arrested as a result of the field operation:

  • Moses Arredondo, 22 – SJF Possession of Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1, warrants
  • Brandon A. Banks, 32 - SJF Possession of Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1
  • Bobby L. Dale, Jr., 37 – F3 Possession of Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1, SJF Possession of Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1, warrant
  • Jode H. Ford, 48 - SJF Possession of Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1
  • Jemi Hall, 42 - SJF Possession of Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1, warrant
  • William Hollis, Jr., 49, sex offender - SJF Possession of Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1
  • Ahmad R. Jackson, 35 – Class A Possession of Controlled Substance Penalty Group 3
  • Kelvin D. Menefee, 53 - F3 Possession of Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1, warrant
  • Carl E. Mitchell, 62 - F3 Possession of Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1
  • Juanita G. Rodriguez, 38 - SJF Possession of Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1

All parties were transported to the Tom Green County Jail.

The Department’s Patrol Division, K-9 Unit, and members of the Center for Tactical Medicine assisted with yesterday’s operation.
