Dangerous Wanted Man Found with Cocaine in Apartment on Lillie

 

SAN ANGELO, TX — This morning, San Angelo Police received a tip about the possible whereabouts of Martin Brandon Pena, 20, of San Angelo.  Pena was wanted on an outstanding warrant for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon.

This afternoon, members of the San Angelo Police Department’s Street Crimes and Criminal Investigations Divisions converged on an apartment located in the 2400 block of North Lillie Street where Pena was believed to be.  Pena was located inside and taken into custody without incident.

Pena was arrested for his warrant and additionally charged with State Jail Felony Possession of Controlled Substance Penalty Group I after Investigators located cocaine on his person.

The Department’s Patrol Division assisted with this afternoon’s apprehension.
