Odessa PD Fugitive of the Week

ODESSA, TX-- The Odessa Police Department is asking for help in locating their "Fugitive of the Week".

James Michael Jared is wanted on Third Degree Felony Stalking charges by OPD. 

Jared measures 5'9" and 220 lbs.

OPD also asks that the public do not approach or contact Jared. Rather, they ask that anyone with knowledge of his whereabouts call the department at (432) 335-3333 or Crimes Stoppers at (432) 333-TIPS.
