Police: Man Who Shot Up San Angelo McDonald’s Arrested

 

San Angelo, TX -- San Angelo Police have arrested Ben T. Nelms who is suspected in the shooting at McDonald’s restaurant at 6th and N. Bryant last week.  

Nelms, 20, was booked into the Tom Green County Jail charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance, one count of abandon endanger child criminal negligence, and deadly conduct discharging a firearm.  

His bond was set at $25,000 for the possession charges, $15,000 for the child endangerment, and $10,000 for discharging a firearm.
