Two Men Arrested for Assault of Another Person

 

SAN ANGELO, TEXAS -- Over the past 24 hours, 40 individuals were arrested and booked into the Tom Green County Jail. The San Angelo Police Department (SAPD), Department of Public Safety (DPS), Tom Green County Sheriff's Office (TGCSO), and other agencies were in charge of yesterdays' arrests. 

Of the 40 men and  women arrested yesterday, Damon Huckabee,33, was one of them. Huckabee was arrested on charges of Assault Causing Bodily Injury, Assault Int/Reck Breath/Circulation of Family Member, and Theft of Property >= $100<$750. He is currently being held in the Tom Green County Jail on a $20,000 bond.

David Ayala was arrested yesterday as well in regards to his charge of Assault Causing Bodily Injury. He is currently in jail on a $2,500 bond. 

The SAPD, DPS officers, and TGCSO officers, made traffic stops on vehicle being driven by drivers driving while intoxicated and/or driving while their license was invalid. Six stops were made in regards to drivers driving while their license were invalid and three arrests were made in regards to drunk driving.

  • Assault Causes Bodily Injury: 3
  • Possession of Marijuana: 3
  • Interfere with Public Duties: 2
  • Criminal Trespass: 5
  • Display Fictitious License Plate: 1
  • COMM:5
  • Failure to Appear: 3
  • Expired Vehicle Registration: 1
  • Registration Insignia Wrong: 1 
  • No Signal of Intent: 1
  • VPTA: 3
  • Theft Property: 1
  • No Drivers License: 1
  • Failure to Control Speed - Collision with person or Vehicle: 1
  • Silent Abusive Call: 1
