Grand Jury Indicts Abilene Man Who Impregnated 13-Year-Old Female

 

ABILENE, TEXAS -- An Abilene man was indicted Thursday by a Taylor County grand jury for aggravated Assault of a 13-year-old girl. The assault resulted in the teen being impregnated.  

Daniel Esparaza, 27, has been in a relationship with the victim since April 2016, according to a KTXS report. The teen gave birth in March of 2017.

DNA results taken by Esparaza, showed him being within a 99.9999 percent probability of being the father.

Currently, Esparaza is being held in the Taylor County Jail on $100,000 bound.
