Man Fails to Register As Sex Offender, Arrested on Outstanding Warrant

 

SAN ANGELO, TEXAS -- In the last 48 hours, 52 people were booked into the Tom Green County Jail. The more serious of those charges include a failure to register as sex offender with a previous conviction and an aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. 

Daniel Barrera, 50, has an outstanding warrant from El Paso County for a parole violation and failure to register as a sex offender. He was booked into the Tom Green County Jail on June 5 at 5:35 p.m. Other warrants on his record included a failure to yield right-of-way causing a collision. His bond was set at close to $12,000. 

Ebony Hall, 22, was arrested for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and criminal mischief charges. San Angelo Police were dispatched to the 300 blk of Allen St. for the report of a fight around 2 p.m. on June 5. Hall was booked into the jail later that day at 4:15 p.m. with a bond totaling $10,500. 

Over the past two days, 24 individuals were arrested for new complaints, 24 individuals were arrested for warrants and 4 individuals were arrested over complaints and warrants.

  • Pedestrian walking with traffic: 1
  • Bicycle on the wrong side of the road: 1
  • Possession of Dangerous Drugs: 1
  • Criminal Trespass: 3
  • Possession of Drug Paraphernalia: 1
  • Managing Delivery of Drug Paraphernalia: 1
  • Fail to Identify Fugitive: 2
  • Military hold: 1
  • Evading Arrest: 1
  • Resisting Arrest: 1
  • Unlawful Carry of Weapon: 1
