Abilene Man Indicted for Fondling Himself in Walgreens Parking Lot

ABILENE, TX- An Abilene man was indicted Thursday for inappropriately touching himself, while staring at an underage age girl.

A Taylor County grand jury indicted Michael Arredondo, 24, for indecency with a child, a local news source reported.  

According to the news report, Arredondo masturbated in the parking lot of Walgreens on N. Willis in June of 2016 while he stared at a 13-year-old girl in another car, the indictment read.

Prosecutors say Arredondo looked at the victim’s mother after she pointed at his genitals while leaving the store.

Arredondo smiled and gave a thumbs up as he drove away, the news report stated.

The victim’s mom posted the video on the social media and within hours several identified him as Arredondo.
