SAN ANGELO, TEXAS -- 

"The assault occurred over at Dominoes, and the two males that you just saw, with an elderly male, it was a confrontation in regards to something that occurred in an apartment between the young male and his mother, so she called the elderly male to come over to get him out of the apartment because they had been there without permission, and she wanted them gone. so he came out, confronted them in front of dominoes. they got into a scuffle, the older gentleman sustained an injury, non life threatening but theres not going to be any charges filed. there was some paraphernalia in their belongings and other than that, no charges. They've been trespassed from the property where the mother resides at and that is basically it. no arrest no charges. "
