SAPD Needs Help Finding Wanted Felon

SAN ANGELO, TX - The San Angelo Police Department needs the public's help finding Nathaniel Hibben, 24, who is wanted for Felony Theft.

"Help us find him," said SAPD.

Hibben is a white male, 5'07", weighs 128 pounds and has brown/hazel eyes.
