Midland Teen Assaults Man with Wrench

 

MIDLAND, TX- According to court documents obtained from MRT, a Midland teen, Eduardo Ramirez, 17, was arrested for allegedly assaulting a man with a wrench.

At 11 p.m. on Tuesday night, a Midland police officer was dispatched in reference to a disturbance. 

MRT said, according to the arrest affidavit, "Ramirez repeatedly hit a man with a wrench outside of a residence and also struck him in the face with his fist."

Ramirez is being held on a $75,000 bond for a first degree felony charge of aggravated assault of a date/family/house member with a weapon. Ramirez, for this crime, could face up to 99 years of imprisonment if convicted.
