So....... they have their painting back, the suspect has been identified and now San Angelo Museum of Fine Arts decides to decline to file charges and not have the suspects name publicly identified....... Makes you now wonder who this person is that apparently is in the upper food chain in our local society ? ? ?

A crime was committed, and no one is punished! This is just plain wrong! Something is very wrong here with our system!

If this had not been a good old boy he would have had his name revealed and would be sitting in jail in disgrace. Instead we are left wondering who he was and more importantly why did he get a special pass to avoid punishment or why his name was not even revealed to us. All of us know why if we are honest with ourselves.

Justice only applies when you are not a member of the good old boy club.

Business as usual in San Angelo ! If you know the "right people" you can do as you please.
