Be on Lookout for San Angelo's Most Wanted Criminals

SAN ANGELO, TX – In San Angelo, the list of most wanted criminals remains constant, and local law enforcement officials always ask that residents be on the lookout for these individuals.

To keep residents apprised, LIVE! has listed below some of the current top most wanted people in San Angelo as listed by the Tom Green County Sheriff’s Office and Crime Stoppers of San Angelo. Below are the suspects wanted specifically by TGCSO.

Pete Frank Estrada

Estrada, 32, was originally wanted for Aggravated Robbery with a weapon on Avenue O. He shot a man in the shoulder before fleeing with the victim's Chevrolet S10 pickup. Estrada, a Hispanic male, is 5’ 11”, has brown eyes and black hair, and his last known address was 710 Spencer. He was on both TGCSO and Crime Stoppers of San Angelo’s most wanted list. Last night, however, Estrada was taken into custody in Abilene. See our story here.

Thomas Wayne Jones, Jr.

Jones, Jr., 42, is wanted for failure to register as a Sex Offender. He is a white male, 5’8”, and weighs approximately 145 lbs. He has blue eyes and brown hair. His last known address was 1194 Ute Pass. Previously, LIVE! wrote a story on Jones, Jr. In 2015, Jones, Jr. officiated a game at the YMCA despite his arrest record, and being a registered sex offender. See that story here.

Thomas Edgar Vasquez

Vasquez, 29, is wanted for Arson and Terroristic Threats. Vasquez, a white male, is 5’ 10”and weighs approximately 180 pounds. He has brown eyes and black hair. His last know employer was Waha Pipeline, and his last known address was 209 E 14^th Street. He goes by the alias of Thomas Cadena.

Staci Marie Edwards

Edwards is a 43-year-old white female wanted for Forgery of Financial Instruments. Edwards is 5’2” and weighs approximately 190 pounds. She has blue eyes and blonde hair. Her last known address was 10434 Mt. Nebo.

Lewis Jason Cowart

Cowart is also wanted for Forgery of Financial Instruments. Cowart is 59 years old, and is 6’2” tall. He weighs approximately 250 pounds, and is described as a white male with blue eyes and brown hair. Wood Group is his last known employer, and 715 N Jackson is his last known address.

Adela Suniga Lopez

Lopez is a 51-year-old Hispanic female wanted for Possession of a Controlled Substance. She is 5’4” and weighs approximately 130 pounds. She has brown eyes and black hair. Her last known address was 206 W 22^nd Street. She has a long arrest record dating back to 1994 in Tom Green County.

Fantasia Monique Martinez

Martinez, 22, is a Hispanic female wanted for Assault of a Public Servant. She is 5’0” and has brown eyes and brown hair. She weighs approximately 110 pounds. Her last known address was 1303 Oak Drive. LIVE! previously reported on Martinez in March 2015. At that time, she was arrested with 23-year-old Gerardo Reece Constancio after Tom Green County Sheriff's deputies located an AK-47 in their vehicle. See that story here.

Stacy Kassie Espinosa

Espinosa, 32, is listed as “white” and wanted for engaging in Organized Criminal Activity. She is 5’05” and weighs approximately 120 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes. Her last known employer was Taylor, and her last known address was 332 Preusser Street- Apartment 8. Espinosa also has a lengthy record dating back to 2006.

Francisco Vasquez Zertuche

Zertuche, 61, is wanted for Murder. Zertuche is listed as “white.” He is 5’06” and weighs approximately 170 pounds. He has brown eyes and black hair. His last known address was 3105 N Chadbourne, Apartment 3.

As stated, Crime Stoppers of San Angelo is looking for several persons of interest who have violated their probation for various felonies such as Possession of a Controlled Substance, Theft, Burglary, and Criminal Mischief.

Penny Hussey

Hussey, 35, is wanted for her probation violation for Possession of a Controlled Substance. Hussey is Caucasian, 5’2”, and has blonde hair and blue eyes.

April Pena

Pena, 28, is wanted for her Probation Violation for Theft. She is 5’10” and weighs approximately 170 pounds. She has brown eyes and brown hair.

Doris Johnson

Johnson, 32, is wanted for her Probation Violation of Manufacture Delivery of a Controlled Substance. She is African American, approximately 5’6”  tall, and weighs 180 pounds. She has brown eyes and hair.

Felicia Benavidez

Benavidez, 29, is wanted for her Probation Violation of Burglary of Habitation with Intent. She is Hispanic, and is approximately 5’2” tall, weighing 170 pounds. She has brown eyes and brown hair.

Marneco Montez Pratt

Pratt, 30, is wanted for Probation Violation for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Theft. He is African American and is approximately 6’1” tall. He weighs approximately 260 pounds and has brown eyes and black hair. 

Anthony Charles Apperson

Apperson, 38, is wanted for Probation Violation for Possession of a Controlled Substance. He is listed as a Caucasian male with an approximate height of 6’1”, and he weighs approximately 150 pounds. He has green eyes and red hair.

Joshua Martinez

Martinez, 26, is wanted for Probation Violation of Criminal Mischief. He is a Hispanic male and is approximately 5’ 7” tall, weighing 165 pounds. He has brown eyes and black hair.
