White Rose Support Group Hosts Candle Light Service at Shannon Medical Center

 

SAN ANGELO, TX - A press release from Shannon Medical Center announced that on Sunday, Dec. 4, at 6 p.m., the White Rose Support Group is hosting a candlelight service.

Free and open to the public, in the Baby Rose Garden at the Shannon Women’s & Children’s Center, a Tree of Remembrance will be put up.

“An ornament will be placed on the tree for each child,” the press release stated.

Hot drinks and desserts will be served to people who attend.

The press release noted, “This group is devoted to giving sensitive care and support to parents experiencing the loss of a precious baby through miscarriage, ectopic pregnancy, stillbirth, or newborn death. Please join us for this special ceremony to remember these babies and families.”
