Traffic Stop Leads to Three Meth Arrests in Abilene

 

ABILENE, TX - Officials with the Abilene Police Department's Special Operations department arrested three suspects this past week for possession of methamphetamine valuing over $30,000.00. 

At approximately 8:30 p.m. Wednesday, the Special Operations Division and Patrol Division stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation, according to an Abilene Police Department press release. 

The stop led to a K-9 investigation on scene, and the search led to the location of the methamphetamine.  

Edward Montemayour,28, Rachel Armanda Barnett, 26, and Randy Duran, 40, were charged with a first degree felony Delivery of Methamphetamine.
