Man Arrested for Bigamy in Tom Green and Bexar Counties

SAN ANTONIO, TX - A 32-year old man, Ildefonso P. Juarez, was arrested last week in San Antonio for allegedly being married to two women: one in Tom Green County, and the other in Bexar County. Because of his third-degree felony crime, Juarez faces up to 10 years in prison, said a San Antonio news source.

According to the news source, San Antonio Police learned Juarez first married a woman in San Angelo on Aug. 21, 2007. That woman, however, found out Juarez remarried another woman in Bexar County on March 5, 2011. An affidavit obtained by the San Antonio news source said Juarez remarried without divorcing his first wife.

San Antonio Police confirmed the count of bigamy by obtaining marriage certificates for both cases, which counted as evidence for an arrest warrant.

The man MUST have mental issues.
Why would a man want more than one wife.
