SAN ANGELO, TX – Since our last update, 28 more people made their way to the Tom Green County Jail. Out of those arrests, 20 arrestees had outstanding warrants.
Local law enforcement agencies appear to be cracking down on wanted criminals. In fact, five people were arrested yesterday during the San Angelo Police Street Crimes Division Warrant Operation.
Public Information Officer Tracy Gonzalez said the following people were arrested:
- Tristian Ray Prather: Theft Property >= $100<$750 x 4, Possession Drug Paraphernalia, FTA X1
- Natassia Rae Chavez: COMM X 5
- Ingrid Cristen Clark: Possession of Controlled Substance PG 1 < 1G, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, MTR * Engage in Organized Criminal Activity
- Danielle Reyes: RPR Criminal Trespass, Theft Property < $2,500 2/More Previous Convictions
- Wanda D. Reyes: CPF X 2, VPTA X 2, Expired Vehicle Registration, No Driver’s License
Other warrant arrests included theft, more drugs, and terroristic threat of family members.
Out of the 20 people arrested on warrants, two also had new complaints. Additionally, law enforcement arrested eight people for new crimes, including Michael Hale, Jr., 37.
Officer Gonzalez said Hale was arrested for State Jail Felony Possession of Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1 around 4:14 a.m. after an officer spotted suspicious activity in the 1300 block of State Street. When the officer investigated, he located Hale attempting to hide almost underneath a pickup truck.
This is Hale's 7th arrest in Tom Green County.

- ICE Hold: 2
- Public Intoxication: 3
- USM Hold: 1
