According to KTXS, after an attempt to invade an Abilene home, police say that a 37 year-old man was placed in police custody while the victim held him at gunpoint.
“The suspect first tried to force entry into the house via the front door and damaged it,” an Abilene Police Department incident report said. “The suspect ultimately jumped through a closed bathroom window.”
Benjamin Sebastian Sanchez faces charges of trespassing after the misguided break-in attempt at the 1200 block of Vine Street. His bond was set at $2,500.
