The League of Women Voters – Hill Country released their voter guides for the upcoming Mar. 1 primary election.
They are providing two Guides, one in English and the other in Spanish.
The League of Women Voters of Texas (LWV-TX) and each local League feels that it is most important for Texans to vote and elect their representatives.
They state that Texas is ranked 50th in voter participation. The League hopes that Texans can foster the tradition of voting in their community and proudly set an example for informed voting.
The LWW asks Texas families to help establish this tradition for the March 1st Texas Primary Election.
This Voters Guide lists candidates for statewide and regional contested races in Texas, including Railroad Commissioner, Texas Supreme Court, Court of Criminal Appeals, Courts of Appeals, and the State Board of Education.
