There were 26 men and women booked into the county jail on Wednesday, including one charged yesterday with assault, another wanted on the same charge, and a third man out of Howard County, who had two warrants out for deadly conduct discharging firearm and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
Those three joined two others booked on forgery charges, two charged with possession, one charged with evading arrest and one accused of theft. Additional warrants included those for harassment, drug dealing and theft.
In all, 33 inmates were released on Wednesday.
