SAN ANGELO, TX — U.S. Rep. August Pfluger’s office has returned more than $17.3 million to constituents in Texas’ 11th Congressional District since he took office, according to year-end figures released by his office.
The data show Pfluger’s constituent services team helped return $17,343,950 to residents and sent 122,706 letters on behalf of constituents seeking assistance. The office also resolved 4,479 issues with federal agencies during that time.
In addition to casework, Pfluger’s office hosted 109 town halls, visiting all 20 counties in the district each year, and provided 607 U.S. Capitol tours.
Pfluger’s office was also selected as the 2025 Democracy Award winner for Best Constituent Correspondence and Outreach.
According to his office, constituents can request assistance with federal agencies, schedule Capitol or White House tours, or arrange for flags to be flown over the U.S. Capitol by contacting Pfluger’s district offices or his Washington, D.C., office.
“Serving the 11th District of Texas — the best district in the country — is the greatest honor of my lifetime,” Pfluger said. “Since coming to Congress, my top priority has been delivering gold-standard constituent services to the men and women I am proud to represent. Texas is the best place to live, work, and raise a family, and I am committed to keeping it that way. Thank you for the opportunity to serve. My team and I are always here to help, so please don’t hesitate to reach out if you are in need of assistance.”
