Crash on Knickerbocker Snarls Traffic at South Hospital

SAN ANGELO, TX — A two-vehicle crash slowed traffic on Knickerbocker Road on Monday morning.

The crash occurred around 11:15 a.m., snarling traffic at Shannon South Hospital on Knickerbocker Road and Executive Drive.

According to an officer with the San Angelo Police Department, a gray GMC Yukon was traveling eastbound on Knickerbocker Road, and a silver Dodge 2500 was attempting to come across Knickerbocker onto Executive Drive.

The Dodge pickup failed to yield the right of way, and the two vehicles collided in the roadway. An ambulance was called to the scene, but no one was injured. A citation was issued to the driver of the Dodge.
