SAN ANGELO, TX — A new H-TeaO and Free Rein Coffee Company storefront is in the works for San Angelo, bringing both brands together at a shared site on Sherwood Way.
The shop is planned for the corner of Sherwood Way and Hunters Glen Road, near the newer H-E-B in town. The building is expected to be about 2,400 square feet and include indoor and outdoor seating.
The concept is a joint effort between Bryan Benson, who operates San Angelo’s existing H-TeaO franchise, and Karl Pfluger, a co-founder of Free Rein Coffee Company and a San Angelo native. The store will offer H-TeaO’s tea lineup alongside Free Rein’s coffee blends and an expanded menu.
The current timeline places the opening sometime between late 2025 and early 2026.
H-TeaO launched in 2018 and has grown to locations across multiple states. Free Rein Coffee Company, created in San Angelo in 2023, has continued to add new retail partners statewide.
