AUSTIN, TX — The Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) has added Kendrick Kevon Taylor, a documented Crips gang member, to its Texas 10 Most Wanted Fugitives List following a fatal shooting in Lubbock last month. A cash reward of up to $7,500 is being offered for information leading to his arrest, according to Texas Crime Stoppers.
Taylor, 23, is wanted in Lubbock County for murder stemming from a shooting that occurred in August. At the time, Taylor was out on parole from a previous aggravated robbery conviction. On Aug. 26, the Texas Board of Pardons and Paroles issued a separate warrant for violating his parole.
Known to go by the alias “Skrilla,” Taylor is described as 5 feet 8 inches tall and approximately 155 pounds. He has tattoos on his face, neck, and chest, and scars on his abdomen and right leg.
For more details or updates regarding Taylor’s status, the public can visit the DPS website.
Texas Crime Stoppers, funded by the Governor’s Public Safety Office, offers rewards to tipsters who provide anonymous information that results in the arrest of individuals on the 10 Most Wanted Fugitives, Sex Offenders, or Criminal Illegal Immigrants Lists. So far in 2025, law enforcement agencies across Texas have captured 49 such individuals, resulting in $37,000 in rewards distributed.

To qualify for the cash reward, tips must be submitted through one of the following methods:
